Added:
+ Added a clinic in the place where the shop used to be. (It's bloody gorgeous)
+ Added another alley near the Clinic with a peak-through fence.
+ Added a corner to the road. (Will lead to the next part of the City)

Removed:
- Removed the old version of the shop.
