CPA-C18.VICE-03.567X Is checking for data of the citizen

Crime Records:1
If The person is very loyal maybe the Civil Protection Member will let him Go!
but if he got more Crime Records... then he will be Tied or Amputated Or the you know stuff...
Now ... The Loyalist Ranks:
Bronze Loyalist Badge : To get this Badge You need to earn 5 Loyalist Points
Iron Loyalist Badge : To get this Badge You need to earn 10 Loyalist Points
Silver Loyalist Badge : On Of the Most Loyal People... To Earn the Badge You need to Earn 20 Loyalist Points
Golden Loyalist Badge : The Most High Rank of the Loyalty... To Earn the Badge You need to earn 40 Loyalist Points
When Earning The An Loyalist Badge You need to do this go to an Nearest Police officer And ask him for Loyalist Badge He will check if you got The Loyal Points and then he will give you the Badge Then just add this to your Description
Example:
"Wearing Golden Loyalist Badge|Bald|1,81 M|Beard|Scars all over the face"
Now.. How to get Loyalist Points:
Officers Not able to free Point Give
And here what you need to do:
1 Loyalist Point:
Clean Duty
Report Crime Level 1 : Theft,Resistance Speech and etc
Report Contraband And bring to the officer Level 1 Contraband
2 Loyalist Points:
Full Street Clean Duty (Officer will follow you and will watch you actions)
3 Loyalist Points:
Report Citizens When there is Riot or Lockdown
Report Anti Citizens
Report Crime Level 2
Report Contraband Level 2
Bringing An Dead Body of an Citizen
5 Loyalist Points:
Saving One of the Loyalist Members Or Saving on Of The Civil Protection Or OTA
Reporting Level 3 Crime
Reporting Level 3 Contrand
Bringing An Dead body of the Universal Union Member (CP,OTA,Medics,Loyalist)
6 Loyalist Points:
Save the Life of the City Administer
